Thirty percent whole cluster, fermented without the use of sulfur, at cooler temperatures, and with minimal cap movement. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for twelve months, and hand bottled without fining or filtration. This wine is fresh, spicy, and a unique expression of Pinot noir in the Willamette Valley.

A single row of Sauvignon blanc produced a mere 35 cases of wine in 2016. After two days of skin contact, the wine was pressed long and hard, and fermented in neutral barrels. The wine was bottled during primary fermentation, which results in a naturally sparkling wine that is textural, intense, refreshing, and quaffable.
