2016 Willamette Valley Pinot noir $35

Thirty-five percent whole cluster, fermented without the use of sulfur, at cooler temperatures, and with minimal cap movement. 2017 Sauvignon blanc pétillant-naturel $23

A single row of Sauvignon blanc produced a mere 29 cases of wine in 2017. After two days of contact on the skins and stems, the wine was pressed long and hard, and fermented in neutral french oak barrels. The wine was bottled during primary fermentation, which results in a naturally sparkling wine that is textural, intense, refreshing, and quaffable.
