2016 Willamette Valley Pinot noir $35
Thirty-five percent whole cluster, fermented without the use of sulfur, at cooler temperatures, and with minimal cap movement. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for sixteen months, and bottled without fining or filtration. This wine is fresh, spicy, and a unique expression of Pinot noir in the Willamette Valley.
2018 Sauvignon blanc pétillant-naturel $26
A single row of Sauvignon blanc produced a mere 34 cases of wine in 2017. After two days of contact on the skins and stems, the wine was pressed long and hard, and fermented in neutral french oak barrels. The wine was bottled during primary fermentation, which results in a naturally sparkling wine that is textural, intense, refreshing, and quaffable.
2018 Rosé Swirl $26
Pinot noir juice fermented on fresh whole Sauvignon blanc berries and pressed skins of Sauvignon blanc grapes. The wine is vibrant, complex, and textural. It has an almost forest feel, and is reminiscent of the giant trees that surround the vineyard.
